As much as I can see the advantage for active participants and, even, ‘Get Satisfaction’ to not be subject to (too much) advertisement I see here a problem for companies at the origin of the ads themselves: who originally pays for ‘Get Satisfaction’ to remain online?
Mind you I’m not advocating advertisement here but wish to point out a problem of wrong (and simplistic) message being conveyed: implying that advertisement is plainly bad.
